Is Grant writing worth the stress?

My first attempt at grant writing opened my eyes to a lot of things.  I was unprepared for it and didn't realize I had to spend so much time thinking about the project, what dimension to go, sustainability...you get the gist.

I had the urge to address a societal problem but more importantly, I needed the funding to make it a reality. Years of being a writer didn't prepare me for this new task. Grant writing requires technical and specialized skills to get the work done. Being eloquent with written words is a good start but it is not enough. Every profession requires commitment so does grant writing: the more you write, the easier it is to handle.

While my first grant application resulted in a rejection mail, I did it again. Why? You must be wondering. Nothing beats experience.

It is ok if you don't want to stress yourself over the process. Our rockstar grant writers are available to take the stress off you while you focus on the growth of your organization.
